Mary Lou Hernandez Treasurer | Mary Lou Hernandez attended Woodrow Wilson High School in Los Angeles, CA, and Cal State Los Angeles University. Employed by The Gas Company for 18 years, current position, Sr. Leakage Clerk, with the distribution group. She has been living in the East Los Angeles area and has been a Community Activist for the past 6 years, actively attending monthly meetings for Centro Maravilla Community, and Hilda Solis monthly advisory meetings, representing the unincorporated area of City Terrace. |
 Richard Garcia Secretary | Richard Garcia is the president and CEO of Portillo-Sinclair, LLC, a California lobbying and public relations firm, and the founder and publisher of Latino Edge Magazine. Mr. Garcia is also a founding member of the Los Angeles Latino Chamber of Commerce, The Garcia Family Foundation, and the Whittier Distinguished Speakers Series. Born in Boyle Heights, Mr. Garcia attended Don Bosco Technical Institute and USC. He serves as Secretary on El Centro de Ayuda’s board of directors. |
